About the Opportunity:
Learn a new trade and help build wind towers, all while getting paid and working full-time! On-the-job-training includes working directly with our skilled trainers in each department. Training is built into a full-time position at Marmen Energy in a structured format to take you from trainee to skilled team member.
Prior experience is not required. We are looking for people who want to learn a new trade while working full-time in our state-of-the-art facility in Brandon, South Dakota!
Watching Team Members evolve and succeed at welding is so rewarding. We value our training program and ensure that everyone has the time to learn the skills and feel comfortable.
